Vrat ke aloo recipe | How to make vrat ke aloo

Vrat ke aloo

Aloo is all time favorite in my family. Potatoes are usually eaten in the days of fasting in most of the families in India. There are different ways of preparing the vrat aloo and this is a very simple and easy potato recipe for the fast.

Serve vrat ke aloo with kuttu ki puri and cucumber raita. It also goes well along with a hot cup of tea.
