A quick and simple snack of spicy roasted cashewnuts seasoned with spices goes well with a hot cup of tea or coffee. A delicious snack to munch on anytime.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of cashewnuts
  • 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp of amchoor powder ( mango powder)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Method :

  • Heat ghee or olive oil in a pan. Now add cashewnuts and roast them over low to medium flame, until golden brown while stirring continuously.
  • Transfer the cashews to a bowl and let them cool slightly.
  • Now mix all the spices in a bowl. Sprinkle over the warm cashews and toss them. Make sure all the spices coats cashews very well.
  • Store the spicy roasted cashewnuts in a air tight container and enjoy them with hot cup of tea or coffee.
