
A quick and simple snack of spicy roasted cashewnuts seasoned with spices goes well with a hot cup of tea or coffee. A delicious snack to munch on anytime.
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of cashewnuts
- 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp of amchoor powder ( mango powder)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Method :
- Heat ghee or olive oil in a pan. Now add cashewnuts and roast them over low to medium flame, until golden brown while stirring continuously.
- Transfer the cashews to a bowl and let them cool slightly.
- Now mix all the spices in a bowl. Sprinkle over the warm cashews and toss them. Make sure all the spices coats cashews very well.
- Store the spicy roasted cashewnuts in a air tight container and enjoy them with hot cup of tea or coffee.
