HOT CHILLI PANEER | How to make hot chilli paneer

Chilli Paneer

An easy and quick to make Indian-Chinese starter that has become the life of many parties is the hot chilli paneer. Follow the step by step recipe and become a chef in front of your friends.

Chilli Paneer

Ingredients:

  1.  Paneer 300 gms
  2.  Ajinomoto 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Onion 2 cup(Finely chopped)
  4. Corn starch 1/2 cup
  5. Green Capsicum 1 (cut into thick strips)
  6. Garlic 4-5 cloves(Crushed)
  7. Green chillies 4-5 (sliced)
  8. Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
  9. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  10. Salt taste
  11. Oil 2 tablespoon + for frying

Method :

  • Cut the paneer into cubes.
  • Mix together the cottage cheese, salt to taste, corn starch and  water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till golden in color.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and add the garlic and stir fry for few minutes  Add the onions, green capsicum and stir fry for again few minutes.
  • Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.
  • Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander
