
Deep fried bread rolls stuffed with potatoes..which can be eaten in the morning as breakfast or as a evening snack. It can be served with green chutney or sauce.
Ingredients :
- 8 Bread Slice
- 4 boiled Potatoes
- 1 Onion (Finely chopped)
- 2 Green Chilies (Finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Oil for frying
Method :
- Peel the potatoes, grate and put in a bowl.
- Add onion, green chilies, red chili powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves. coriander powder and mix well.
- Take one bread slice at a time and dip in the water lightly on one side. Place the slice in between your palms and press squeezing out the excess water.
- Place one tablespoon of mixture in the centre of this bread and completely cover the mixture giving the oval shape. Repeat and make all the rolls.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop the rolls one by one. Make sure the heat should be medium.
- Fry the bread rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Take out with the help of ladle on absorbent paper, so that excess oil will be absorbed.
- Serve hot bread roll with hara dhaniya chutney or tomato sauce.
