
Aloo chana chaat is quick and easy snack made of potato and kabuli chana. With this snack you will get a good amount of dietary fiber, protein and other essential minerals as kabuli chana is rich in all these.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup boiled Kabuli Chana
- 2 Potato (Peeled and diced)
- 1 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil on tava and shallow fry peeled potato on it till golden brown.
- Take out potatoes on absorbent paper.
- In the mean time heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add cumin seeds.
- When cumin starts crackling, add kabuli chana to it.
- Now add amchur powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, salt to taste and mix well.
- Now add fried potatoes and mix well.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and add chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
- Aloo chana chat is ready to be served.
