
Bread pakora stuffed with aloo masala dipped in besan batter and deep fried. Enjoy the monsoon season with aloo bread pakora along with a cup of tea.

Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 4-5 boiled Potato
- 8 Bread Slices
- 2 Green Chillies (Finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- a pinch of Heeng
- Oil for frying
- Chat masala to sprinkle
Method:
- Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix well. Set aside.
- Put besan, salt to taste in a bowl. Add sufficient water and whisk to make a smooth and thick batter of coating consistency
- Place a tablespoon of potato mixture on bread slices and spread evenly. Cover with remaining bread slices and cut into triangles.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Dip each bread triangle in the batter one at a time and slowly drop in frying pan.
- Turn the bread slices occasionally and fry till they are golden brown.
- Drain the excess oil by using ladle to take out the pakoras from the oil.
Sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
