Rajma Curry with Egg Recipe

So many times we have cooked rajma masala in the traditional way but to give it a twist I have added eggs in it which is full of nutrition. Lets start with the recipe..

Ingredients :

  • 2 cup boiled Rajma (Kidney Beans)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion (Finely chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (Finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

  • Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When cumin seeds starts crackling add ginger garlic paste and suate till it becomes golden brown.
  • Now add chopped onions and cook till it is translucent.
  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and cook till the oil separates from masala.
  • Now add the boiled rajma and 1 cup water. Mix well. Add garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the eggs and stir continuously so that eggs will combine with rajma well. Cook till all the moisture evaporates from eggs and eggs are done properly.
  • Serve hot with paranthas or roti.
