Bhindi is the most common made recipe in Indian kitchens. Everyone is going to love this recipe. It is really easy and simple to cook.

Ingredients:
- 250 gms Bhindi or Okra
- 2 Onion (Finely Sliced)
- 2 Tomato (Finely chopped)
- 7-8 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
Method :
- Wash the bhindi. Spread them on thali and let them dry on their own.
- Once they are dry, cut them in one or two inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- When the colour changes add chopped garlic and saute till the raw aroma disappear.
- Now add sliced onion and fry till they are pink in colour.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and cook till the oil separates.
- Add bhindi and mix well so that the masala uniformly coat the bhindi pieces.
- Cook the bhindi for 5-10 minutes or till they are cooked properly.
- Serve bhindi masala with hot chapattis.
