Salad sandwich is easy and simple to cook. Kids will enjoy this as breakfast as well as an evening snack.

Ingredients :
- 8 Brown Bread Slices
- 1 and half cup mixed vegetables (Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Tomato, Green Capsicum, Cucumber)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Green Chili paste
- 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter as required
Method :
- Remove the edges of bread slices.
- Finely chop all the vegetables. Put them in a bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise, garlic paste, green chili sauce, mint leaves, black pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well.
- Apply some butter on bread and spread a spoon full of salad mixture on the bread and cover it another bread with butter side facing down.
- Cut into triangles and your salad sandwiches are ready to serve.
