Salad Sandwich

Salad sandwich is easy and simple to cook. Kids will enjoy this as breakfast as well as an evening snack.

Serving : 4-5
Cooking Time : 5 minutes
Prep Time : 10 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 8 Brown Bread Slices
  • 1 and half cup mixed vegetables (Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Tomato, Green Capsicum, Cucumber)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Green Chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as required

Method :

  • Remove the edges of bread slices.
  • Finely chop all the vegetables. Put them in a bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise, garlic paste, green chili sauce, mint leaves, black pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Apply some butter on bread and spread a spoon full of salad mixture on the bread and cover it another bread with butter side facing down.
  • Cut into triangles and your salad sandwiches are ready to serve.
