Egg Toast

Easy and quick recipe for breakfast.

Egg Toast
Ingredients :

• 2 Eggs
• 4 Bread Slices (cut diagonally)
• 1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Oil as required

Method :

  • Put eggs in a bowl. Add fresh coriander, salt to taste, black pepper and beat well.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  • Now deep the bread slices in egg mixture. Make sure bread slices are coated with the egg mixture properly.
  • Place the bread slices in the pan and cook on both sides till the egg is cooked properly.
  • Take out the egg toast on serving plate and serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
