
Aloo pudla is a quick and simple snack. You can prepare aloo pudla with only two ingredients and some spices that is aloo and refined flour. In monsoon season make these crispy aloo pudla and serve with tomato ketchup and tea.
Ingredients :
- 3 potatoes
- 1 tbsp refined flour
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- salt to taste
- oil for shallow frying
Method :
- Wash and peel potatoes. Grate the potatoes properly.
- Add refined flour, salt to taste, red chili powder, amchur powder and mix well.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan for shallow frying over a slow flame.
- Pour 1 tbsp potato mixture in the pan.
- Gently spread with spoon and make a round shape.
- Sprinkle little amount of oil on its side.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes over a medium flame.
- Flip and cook from the other side till its crispy and light brown in colour.
- Serve hot aloo pudla with ketchup and with a cup of tea.
