Besan ke Ladoo is one of the recipes that have been prepared by everyone’s grandmother. This mouth watering dessert can be kept stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months and it will not go bad. Ingredients :
- 3 cups Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 cup Suji (Semolina)
- 2 cups Ghee
- 20-25 Almonds (Badam)
- 2 cups powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Method :
- Heat ghee in a kadai and add green cardamom powder.
- Add gram flour, suji and roast on low heat till the mixture turns into light brown colour or a nice aroma is given out. This procedure takes approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Crush almonds. Transfer roasted mixture to a bowl or thali and add crushed almonds and mix well.
- Let the mixture to get slightly cool. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Roll the ladoo in your hand to give a perfect round shape.
- Delicious besan ke ladoo are ready to serve.
