Mint (Pudina) Chutney

My mother use to make this mint chutney during the summer season. Now a days mint is available throughout the year but earlier mint was available only in summer season. Whenever my mother made this mint chutney it was finished on that day itself…and now that relation continues and my son loves it.

Ingredients :

  • 1 and half cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 raw Mango
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 4-5 Green Chillies (If you love more spicy, you can add more chillies )
  • Salt to taste

 Method :

  • Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
  • Now grind mint leaves, raw mango, onion, tomato, green chillies and salt to taste.
  • Grind until everything blends well.
  • Serve mint chutney with snacks and even with chapattis.
