Chane ka saag is easily available in winter season. Chane ke saag ki chutney is very delicious it goes well with bajre ki roti and bathua ka raita.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Chane ka saag
- 5-6 Garlic cloves
- 8-10 Green Chilies (If you want less spicy add less no of green chilies)
- 3 tbsp Curd
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Wash the chane ka saag thoroughly.
- Grind all the ingredients together to a smooth paste.
- If you find the consistency is thick you can add more curd to it.
- Chutney is ready to served with snacks or you can have it along with the meal.
